Part III: Do the targets effectively evaluate Goal 13?
When taken together, the five proposed Targets for Goal 13 of the Sustainable Development Goals represent a solid but incomplete effort to fulfill the goal of combating climate change and its impacts. With some additions, the current targets could be made to better reflect all aspects of Goal 13.
The greatest success of the current list of targets is their inclusivity.
