Thus, lead us to my next article “Group Minds” by Doris Lessing in which the author focuses on how each other differences can cause us to feel rejected from a group or partner because we thinks differently from everyone else and the relationship of identity to concept. We all think that when we’re in a group, “we tends to think as that group does”. (Lessing). In fact, it is the opposite from the way how concept really has a direct effect on us. We tend to agree with the majority of what everyone else in the group is agreeing to. Often less and less individual wants to be speaks their own mind because it is a different ideas from the group; in addition, that individuals lack the courage to act themselves and just go along with the whole group decisions making. It is wise to be thinking outside of the box, to be different from the group itself, and to be much like a creative individual having your own thoughts and ideas. Identity is being able to look at a mirror at a different angle and see that there are more than one way to look at a situation correctly rather than just look straight at it like everyone do. Uniquely, creativity brings a portion of self-development and self-esteem to the table of creating something new and intriguing that none have ever thought of before. In view of everything around us are a constant noise in which we can either bring in into our ears or chose to block it out; most of which everyone listens to the public noise and in terms of expressing their own thoughts listened to the public voice. Everything that changes musts start with someone, somewhere, who are willing to say what’s on their mind and ignored the negative criticism to further adapt, change and modify the current standard of the social norms. The point here is be able to think for yourself but at the same time sees if you can thinks to help those around you as well. It’s now the 21st century, couldn’t we all coexist in peace and harmony and let everyone do what they thinks and wants because it makes them happy instead of arguing about who is right or wrong.
