Leadership is a major subject in the management literature. The strategies used to lead an organization are dependent on many factors, for example, how the employees behave, the organizational culture as well as the traits of the organization leader. The following report has successfully assessed the facet of leadership by evaluating Steve Job’s leadership style. It has used leadership paradigms to understand Steve Jobs leadership method. The report has focused on various leadership theories, for example, trait theory, behavioral theory, contingency theory and integrative theory. Steve Job leadership styleshave been evaluated in the context of contemporary global leadership issues. The main recommendation is the fact that the report can be utilized to create further studies on the same projects.
