For both weeks, participant number two, the twenty-three year old actually gained two pounds at the end of the experiment and the other two experimentees saw little to no change in weight. The participants did report to have smoother skin at the end of the two weeks, however the experiment was meant to only showcase the positive effects of a no-dairy diet in terms of weight-loss.
