Rollin 60 Gang Shooting

The two victims were from Dominican Republic. One of them was Albert Cintron of twenty four years old. He was raised in a small town of Pennsylvania called Reading. He moved to the Bronx when he was about seven years old with his parents and sisters. He was affiliated with the bloods for three years. The other victim was Allen Diaz of twenty of twenty one years old. He came to the United States when he was four years old with his mother. Even though Tito was doing time crimes were still being committed by the crips. His son wanted to become what his father was. Theirs a gang code they must follow and that is not telling or talking to cops about what happens. Meaning not giving no type of information to the law enforcement no matter what situation you in. Is very hard for officers to resolve a crime when nobody wants to talk or say what happened. A warrant was issued for Steven. All those type of criminal activities were occurring in the sector of Mitchell Projects. Is normal for officers to see those type of behaviors come from gang members.
