The book I read over this summer was Naked Economics: Undressing a Dismal Science by Charles Wheelan. I actually enjoyed the book and it was a very informational book about the overall importance of economics and how to understand them. Over all 12 chapters, Wheelan went into full description of how several aspects of microeconomics makes a difference and modern day examples of uses of economics worldwide. The first three chapters were basically an introduction to the world of economics, which was really useful in giving me a glance at what I will possibly be learning in my upcoming AP Economics course.…

People who are more educated regarding financial knowledge would be able to handle their finances more effectively and reduce their household debt (The Globe and Mail, 2015). Promoting this kind of education can lead to individuals perceiving themselves as capable financial managers as well as have a basic sense of financial literacy – no matter the person’s level of income or debt (StatsCan, 2015).…

The first being what I learned from the course, mostly what I learned in lectures and doing Learnsmart questions. These lessons have been predominantly the knowledge I have acquired through the professor and the textbook.…
