I agree with him that we should learn from the past to help prepare us to stand against any rituals, cultural, or religious confrontation in the future. If we didn’t learn from it, then it will be hard to stop other Genocides from happening again in the future. For example, there have been lots of genocides throughout history, such as in Africa the Rwandan genocide where 500,000 people were killed in the civil war between the government and the Rwandan Patriotic Front. Also, the Armenian genocide lead by Ottoman authorities killed a total number of people estimated to be between 800,000 and 1.5 million. Finally, nowadays in Syria, Syrians are being attacked by the government and people are forced to leave their country. In acknowledging what happened during the holocaust and worldwide characteristics that it shares with other genocides such as cruelties and refusal to someone because of his/her religion belief or race difference, make it possible to stop the causes of violence that can happen in the future or as result of race or belief difference. Some ways to enlarge the holocaust can require that the world organizations should work together either states or the United Nations to stop extremism and radicalism by treating the origin of worldwide thoughts and traditions of culture or religion bias.
