Jackson is the capital of Mississippi and it is a very large well-known city. In fact, it is the largest city in Mississippi. There are various tourist attractions to visit. The weather is ideal year round. There are other major companies in the city that will help to boost the economy and my organization, One Cable. As a human resource manager, I had to position the company in a location where it would be able to successfully compete and grow. Jackson is full of diverse cultures and backgrounds. That will give the organization an advantage when promoting products. One Cable wants to be a revenue generating giant. I like to run a business and not a kids’ play house and I would exhibit that mentality throughout the entire interview process.
