Jeri earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Western Governors University of Utah. Prior to joining Hitachi Consulting, she learned to assume many responsibilities as a co-owner of a livestock farm. Later, she moved to marketing and branding at Seattle University, where she was responsible for the Career Services Mentor Programs media campings. When she is not working, you can find her in the kitchen cooking for her “My Big Fat Greek Weeding” look like family of ten. She also enjoys hunting for the best coffee shops in town, hiking and hot yoga.
