Morgan Murray is a 23 year old girl with her entire life figured out. All of her childhood dreams have come true but it hasn’t always been this way, in fact it was a pretty rough road to success for her.
Let 's start at the beginning…
“And this is for you Morgan”, Morgan’s grandma said as she surrounded Morgan with the warmth of the blue and pink checkered blanket. This blanket, little did Morgan’s grandma know, would shape her into who she is today.
Morgan has always carried around her blanket which has been consider by her, her good luck charm. This blanket to her was as lucky as a four leaf clover or leprechauns or wishbones. They could solve all of her problems and with it she believed she could do anything. When she was six, she noticed several tears forming in the blanket and overtime it completely fell apart. She took a remaining section of the blanket, about an inch wide, and cut it into the shape of a heart. She carries that with her all the time, whether it’s in her hand, pocket, or during sports games, in her sock.
Growing up, her dream has always been to be a professional basketball player. Most kids had this same dream but Morgan Murray was different. She didn’t just want this dream, she needed it. You could find her in a gym seven days a week working out. If she wasn’t at the gym, she was a the basketball working on her shot. She was determined to make her dreams come true.…
