There is fat that is somewhat healthy for you. That fat is called unsaturated fat. The difference between these two are that saturated fat is saturated with hydrogen molecules. Unsaturated fat is good for you just not in excess amounts. This does not matter either way when people still have no clue because companies are saving themselves instead of people.
