Overcoming fear, as a leader how to provide grounds for inspiration are significantly thought provoking. No one sets out to fail or desires to fail at anything they aspire to accomplish. Those who allow fear to overcome, prohibiting them to move forward, accomplish the goal, will fail. Consequently, Mark Zuckerberg’s vision for Facebook was a fear he believed would be the only great idea he would ever have. (Kirpatrick, D., 2010, May 6). John Stuart Mill also believed causation from experience influencing outcomes was the basis for Mark Zuckerberg’s business, Facebook. (Ciulla, J. (2003). The earlier development of Facebook began in a dorm room at Harvard University, envisioning the future of this social media entity Mark made the choice to leave college and devote full time effort to build and share this dream.
