TORONTO, Ont., – On Feb.9th, Ontario’s Minister of Education, Liz Sandals announced the launch of their new campaign, with Clorox Canada’s president Michael Pilato and American Germ guru Dr. Chuck Gerba.

The three have partnered up to create a new-province-wide public health campaign titled “ Take a Stand with you Hands.”

The campaign itself is focuses on eliminating germs in the classroom. Its focus is to teach students how easily germs are spread, especially through hand contact.

“Our goal is to reduce the amount of germs in a classroom, so the students can enjoy coming to school without worrying about getting sick in flu season,” said Sandals. “This new campaign will help parents understand the importance of teaching their children about
