We watch the news or read the newspapers about a battle being fought, rather it 's a war, sporting event or even an election. Everyone is anxious to see who won. The passage in the Bible I asked you to read tells us who is to gain the victory in life. When I accepted Jesus as my savior I made this mistake: I thought I had already won. I thought that the old me was gone, that I was a completely new person, incapable of sin. A few months into my conversion, I realized that the battle had just begun, that becoming a Christian was easy, but being one took a lot of hard work.

2 Corinthians 5:7 "For we walk by faith, not by sight" Believing in things we don 't see. You 'll hear a lot of non-believers say God is an imaginary friend. It 's true, we don 't see God with our eyes, we feel him in our heart and soul, which is a much more powerful. You don 't see love, you feel it.
