In each organization, profit or nonprofit, human resources are critical to ensure that everyone is working in safe and comfortable environment for themselves. In Strong Women Strong Girls there are different jobs with various responsibilities as shown in chart 1, it explains how the jobs are divided in the Boston and Pittsburgh regions. It starts from the top with the executive director, which their job is to report to the board of directors and develop business and strategic plans for the organization; senior operation manager which can do the executive director’s job when that person is not around, their job is mostly operational and strategical planning.
