Fans keep thinking that Jill Duggar Dillard is probably pregnant, but the reality star isn't sharing anything. Now The Hollywood Gossip is sharing a new idea that fans have about what is going on. The rumors have been flying for a while that she might be pregnant, and part of it is because of the photo on this article. Jill is wearing a shirt that makes people think she looks pregnant, but you can't see her stomach. In every pic she has taken lately, Jill has either not shown her stomach or had Israel in front of it to cover it up.

Their son Israel is just now one so it would make sense that Jill would be pregnant again. She might also make the choice to adopt because Jill has admitted this is something she wants to do at some point. Her sister Jessa Duggar Seewald has plans to adopt in the near future. They both also want more biological children. You know it won't be long before the news comes out that a baby is on the way for at least one of them.

If Jill is pregnant, she will probably tell her fans pretty soon. When it came to sharing about being pregnant with Israel, Jill didn't even wait until she was through her first trimester before telling her family and even her fans that a baby was on the way. Most celebrities wait, but Jill and Derick didn't do it this way.
