David B. Muhihausen has a PHD, and is a leading expert on criminal justice programs. He works for Heritage Found Research for the Data Analysis. Muhihausen “How the Death Penalty Saves Lives” and he is an expert in criminal justice. The author uses a data, statistics, to argue his point. His point is kill the criminals, and 2 or three lives will be saves. Muhihasen used statistics, but I have a problem with how these statistics came about, I wonder how were these statistics taken? Who were the individuals that took information, and what purpose does it serve? The United States Government has so many flaws in the judicial system.
