Hillary Clinton is one of the most well-known politicians in America and as a result this has made her the subject of multiple scandals, these scandals have given her the look on of being untrustworthy and reckless, two reputations she doesn't deserve. This article will explain why Hillary's most recent scandals aren’t as big of a deal has people have described them as.

The attack was made political and was used as a bludgeon against Hillary Clinton and have said that her inability to adequately protect the people at Benghazi was evidence that she was a horrible Secretary of State and not to be trusted as president, despite the nine congressional investigation led by Republicans, exonerating her. However, the same Republicans never commented on the two similar situations that happened under the Bush administration.

In September 17, 2008 suspected Al-Qaeda militants blew a vehicle-borne improvised explosive devices, shot rockets and grenades,rockets and firearms on the U.S Embassy in Sanaa, Yemen. The attack killed one person, and like the first attack, Colin Powell got very little scrutiny.

In November 27, 2008 a Taliban suicide car bomber attacked an US embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan. This attack killed four civilians and wounded 18. This attack killed four people, the same amount killed in Benghazi, yet Colin Powell, the Secretary of State when, got much less scrutiny than Hillary and this attack got very little

During the 2016 election cycle the Foundation has been under scrutiny by the right for donations it’s received from foreign governments while Hillary was Secretary of State. From this they’ve drawn the conclusion that she is uniquely corrupt and in the tank for these countries. However, foreign governments playing a role in American politics isn’t new.

According to the Center for Responsive Politics, a nonpartisan research group, found that foreign interests donated a total of 13.92 million dollars to US super pacs during the 2016 election cycle 64% of this money went to Republicans candidates. Donald Trump actually tried to illegally ask for money from members of the UK and Australian parliament.

Even though it's not great that foreign interests play a role in American politics and give to pacs. Hillary isn’t any worse than most politicians on this issue and shouldn’t be scrutinized more for
