This demonstrated how powerful love can be, by risking his own happiness/feelings, in result of removing his own skin which means his essence, identity and comfort. Every action has consequence, this involved more work for her, more understanding; he missed who he was with his skin on, but choose to please her. This was due to all the consequences she observed her partner going through, she acknowledged it was a difficult task. Besides this, one morning she observed her boyfriend was holding his skin as a sign of yearning it, but his love was more important to him, then all the obstacles he must endure during the day. Regardless of this signs that she missed, also when his friends asked if he missed his skin, he gave her a dirty look meaning he does; his eyes said million words.
