The Gentlemen’s Barbershop will be firstly operated in Palmerston North and targeted the customers for adult boys and men only. As a student city, it is a good place to open a barbershop business since Palmerston North has so many potential customers that might meet Gentlemen’s Barbershop target. For example, the students in Palmerston North, who will bring more possibilities to be customers for the Gentlemen’s Barbershop. In addition, because the number of student that recently increasing every year, it will also bring an opportunity for Gentlemen’s Barbershop to get more gap for customer’s number every year.

Based on the geographic situation, specifically in region part, Palmerston North is a place where so many student and international student studied. It is a good opportunity to get the potential customer for Gentlemen’s Barbershop because students, who most of them are young, will keep up to date and want to have a good looking appearance that might change their hairstyle every time. Moreover, it is also good for them because the price in Gentlemen’s Barbershop can easily reached by them since they might have limitation money as a student.
For the demographic situation, age and gender are the main focus that Gentlemen’s Barbershop can use to get the potential customer. As what have been explained, most of the student in Palmerston North are still young and have a lot of either boys or men. As a result, it is not difficult to attract the potential customer to change their hairstyle or just having a haircut, since their psychology as young people seemed to be up to date.

7. Management Summary
Gentlemen’s Barbershop will hire five people that will be divided as the staff who works for cutting the hair and for café. For the workers who cut the hair there will be three people and for the workers who stay in café there will be two people. In addition, the worker will work by having a sift time. Both the barbers and café’s staffs for each person will work for approximately four until five hours per day, with $14.47 salary for one hour. Yet, because Gentlemen’s Barbershop has three barbers, it makes that there will be 1 barber who has to work for eight hours a day. Putu Pramantya Addie Pustaka, as the boss, will also sometimes be in the store to help the cashier or café. For the Gentlemen’s Barbershop opening hours, it will open from 9 a.m. to 17.00 p.m. every day
