Well my dad worked at a pizzeria place for about nineteen years and he will always tell us how he prepared the ingredients for the crust of the pizza. He told us once that sometimes people in other different places put different types of ingredients. In another places people would usually add a liter of coke coca cola to the mixer. So once, we were at my cousin’s place for vacation in Dallas, Texas. And there is a Whole Foods Market near them so we went to get some whole ingredients to make pizzas. And we saw my dad prepare the pizza crust. At the end we bought a pizza from one of their local places to see the differences between them. On one of them we just put vegetable like instead of cheese we put spinach and some mushrooms olive and more things. We all loved the pizza that was made with whole foods. The texture to the pizza we made were almost the same as the one from the local pizzeria. I can relate to that because I seen people and my self cutting down on corn tortillas and food. As you see tortillas are made from corn that is processed in factories. Me and family are Mexican which means that you have to have tortillas with everything even if it means with fried chicken. See, Mexican will eat about a good amount of tortillas with every meal, even for breakfast when we just have our eggs either boiled or scramble. I used too eat about five to seven tortillas with every meal of the day. About five months ago I started to reduce the amount of tortillas I eat to about three to four which might help be with my health. By doing this I am following one of Pollan advice with the not too much even to its process but to do this even for healthier I should just cut down to three to four tortillas a
