For my assignment I was asked to identify conflicts on various levels that are based on the video, Epilogue: Savage's Apology. Through analysing this twenty minute video I will describe the factors that were involved in the development and escalation of the conflict, the conflict resolution skill that were used and lacked, and finally I will end my assignment with an appropriate mediation process that were and could be used. Forgiveness plays a big role in our lives. Without it we can lose ourselves in the past and forget about our present or future. The question is whether forgiveness comes too late or if it carries no time.
Interpersonal Conflict
With this conflict, an individual is in conflict with other individuals or groups. In other words, an interpersonal conflict is a disagreement among subgroups or two individuals of an organization which involves significant discontent and resentment.

In the beginning Savage denied playing any role in Sierra Leone’s brutal eleven year civil war, but eventually admitted to being the notorious ex-rebel commander whom was known as Mr Die. He and about one thousand men tortured, shot and killed many of their people which, not surprisingly, led to the interpersonal conflict between him and the community.
