“Trump triumphs” is the main title in the New York Times article on 11/9/2016. Previous articles from the New York Times and many other influencing newspapers such as The Washington Post, were criticizing Donald Trump and erroneously predicting his defeat in this year election while supporting Hilary Clinton. Their arguments were mainly that Donald Trump was not fit to be president due to his controversial persona and presented strong arguments against him, they even predicted Hilary’s win by a large margin.

In this article, they present Donald Trump as a threat to American Democracy. They criticized him, stating that he was inexperienced, arrogant, sexist, and individualist. In this article the author gave plenty of reasons why the persona of Mr. Trump is not fit to be the president of the United States. Another relevant article titled “Why Donald Trump Should Not Be President” was emitted by the New York Times with the same main ideas regarding the persona of Donald Trump. In this article they stated, “Donald Trump began his improbable run for president 15 month ago...campaign marked by bursts of false and outrageous allegations, personal insults, xenophobic nationalism, unapologetic sexism, and positions that shift according to his audience and his whims”. In this article were present as well many reasons why Mr. Trump should not be elected as the president.
