The attached report, which as requested contains a discussion and analysis of the data collected during the evaluation of the Burger King franchise located at 1695 Main Street. 3) Cleanliness. The interior and exterior of the building are in need of updating and the replacement of the North facing Burger King sign is necessary. The grounds around the store were in poor shape, litter and discarded food being an eyesore and also attracting seagulls and rats. The visible areas of the restaurant were in good order, with condiment stations well stocked and minimal garbage on tables. The washrooms were sanitary and the cleaning schedule was up to date.
Based on the conclusions of the first hand evaluations financing should be found to update the interior and exterior of the building, increase staffing and provide employee training and workshops centered on improving the customer experience.
