Not really an admirable hero in most people’s eyes. But as the story progresses, we begin to see that Cuchulainn is a true man and a man of his word. Cuchulainn is deeply saddened after he kills his foster brother Ferdia. Even though he fails, Cuchulainn also tries to stand by his title as a true warrior because he looks down on to killing Charioteers, women, and honoring one duel per day. An admirable hero in my opinion. Cuchulainn took a lot of pride in his title as a worrier. He had one goal, and one goal only: to defend his land. In the end, Cuchulainn dies for what he is fighting for. Most people would consider this act as the most heroic act anyone can ever
