Then when he entered into the secondary schooling program he found the work too strict and tightly controlled. The song “School’s Out” by Alice Cooper fits this time of disliking school because it talks about not enjoying school and not saluting teachers, similar to the way Einstein disliked the fear and authoritative way teachers taught. Later Einstein borrowed notes from other college classmates because he often did not attend class. The strict authorities also were present in Germany’s government and that may have been why Einstein gave up his German citizenship and moved to Switzerland. “Community Song” by Have Fun Teaching applies to Einstein’s move in citizenship and his …show more content…
Before the future divorce Einstein went through his famous miracle years which could be represented with “Miracles” by Coldplay. This song brings out looking at things from a different angle and it seems that Einstein looked at his studies in a way that no one had ever thought of. The song “From Hank to Henry” by Neil Young represents the divorce from Mileva because it talks about being capable to overcome challenges but ends in divorce. Around this time Einstein's fame began to increase because of his ideas, particularly in relation to general relativity. “Life’s Been Good” by Joe Walsh is reflective of this time period due to the fame spoke about in the song and the use of security in “I lock the doors in case I'm attacked” because Einstein received security guards when he left Germany for the United States later in his life. After his public fame increased he began traveling the world and made his first trip to the United States. These travels are represented by “Sing a Travelin’ Song” by Johnny Cash. Later he visited South Africa and met

The song “Loser” conveys precise and a straightforward message through singer’s personal feelings and impressions. The message in conjunction with an unusual way of expressing makes the song amusing to analyze and interpret. Relating to his audience provocatively throughout the piece of art - “Loser”, Beck has emphasizes being “adversely” different to what was perceived a norm at a time. For example, stating himself as a stagnated “monkey” while others were revolutionized “chimpanzees” suggests fundamental evolutionary differences between him and the society. Those differences are placed in the song in order to justify being a “loser” which he unarguably does.…

I chose this song because at the beginning of the book Alice and Charlie weren’t friends until her Aunt Polly died, and throughout the book Charlie and Alice start helping each other and having fun. In the song there is a part where it says, “Sometimes you think you’ll be fine by”, this part I believe explains how Charlie and Alice's relationship is most of the time. When Polly died Alice felt alone and Alice’s parents didn’t really care that she did die. So Charlie and Alice became friends the day of the funeral and they just started hanging out after that.…

In the sixth line, she says that she may want to go “down the alley,” illustrating how she has become more rebellious than before and wants to experience even more than she did before. In the first stanza, Brooks only wanted to “peek at the back,” but now she wants to go in the back and go down the alley. The “alley” is used to represent the extremities Brooks will go to in order to change her life. “Smells Like Teen Spirit” is a song originally written and recorded by the Grunge band Nirvana in 1991 on their “Nevermind” album and is considered to be one of the most influential songs the band had written during their time. While the cover may be extremely different from the original, there are still some elements that are similar among both versions. In contrast, both Nirvana and Amos play different styles of music which would change how the song is viewed by their respective audiences. Although this technique is not used in a lot of genres and appears mostly in hip-hop music, forms of music sampling have been around since the late 1900’s.
