How does this relate to Classroom Management? The idea that is “there is no instant, stir-and-serve recipe for a running classroom” is closely related to Classroom Management. When teachers first year of school, many of them have trial and errors. Even though all the teacher trainees learn similar course manual and knowledge that was gained from their professors or other teachers, every teacher has different classroom management styles and develop their own ways of dealing with problems and students.
