Raising a child with a growth mindset is better than raising with a fixed mindset. As parents have to teach and motivate them for a growth mindset. “In the 1990s, parents and schools decided that the most important thing for kids to have was self-esteem” (Page 3, para 1), teaching the child to have a high self-esteem was a big deal. Most of the student were of low-self-esteem, which will make the lack of knowledge and the ability to learn new things. Parents and teachers started to raise the kids for a high self-esteem, to make them love everyone and be nice to the world. Self-esteem teaches a person how to take care of themselves. when I was doing my school education in India. We used to have 12 different stages of school, we have 3 division from 1st to 5th is mid division from 6th to 10th is lower secondary and 11th to 12th is higher secondary. When I was in the mid division part of the school my mom used to help me in my studies to pass the examination. But when I started my lower secondary education, I was had to self-taught. My parents taught me how to take care of myself and how to concentrate on education by motivating me with all their pasts from their life. Which made me to focus more on my education. During the start of higher secondary was the time I challenged myself to the most. I had to complete my school with good grades to get a better bachelor program in a college.
