Grabowski has quite a bit of understanding on the teaching profession and a bit of advice for any of those coming into the profession. Many of those outside of the teaching circle believe that teaching is just a simple, low-paying job that does not really give anything in return. Those same people are the ones who have helped cause the role of teachers to go from solely educating students to becoming their guardians in a large amount of situations, for Mrs.Grabowski feels that no longer do teachers just teach content, but they protect the students, guide them in life decisions, and have to ensure that they receive all that they need to live a healthy life all while teaching them the required material. In order to handle the stress of being a teacher Mrs. Grabowski believes that everyone should remember to take time for yourself to catch a breath and when things start to feel overwhelming be sure to ask for help, because it is nearly impossible to successfully all on your own. Balancing life and work requires finding the happy medium of prioritizing between the two, but also remembering that work should be left at work and that when you get home to spend time with your family and friends, for work and life should be separate but fair to all of those involved. Mrs. Grabowski’s special advice to those wanting to become teachers would to be prepared; every potential teacher should be prepared for having to deal with messes
