For glute muscles to grow, they need three planes of motion.

Glutes have to be activated to release power and strength because they are most of the time sleeping. The results of activated glute muscles is a strong body with strength and power. When glutes lose strength it affects the entire body and the body responds by forcing other muscles to compensate resulting in severe health consequences. Common problems associated with weak glute muscles are pain in the knees, lower back pain, leg pain, hip pain, flat butt syndrome, muscle imbalance, poor posture and much more.

Calf strains are a very well known problem for runners, soccer and basketball players, gymnasts, and dancers, and even more common in athletes who are advancing in age. The calf muscle consists of nine different muscles; the gastrocnemius, soleus, and plantaris muscles attach onto the heel bone and they all work together to produce the upward and downward motion of the foot (calf raise). The other six muscles cause knee, toe, and foot movements in different directions, however those muscles are not relevant to this particular study. The muscle we focused on was the gastrocnemius muscle during a calf raise. A calf muscle strain is graded according to the amount of muscle damage that has occurred: Grade 1 is mild or partial tearing of a few muscle…

Deadlift Benefits Deadlifts have the potential to cause serious back injuries, but a deadlift is also used to treat patients with lower back injuries (Berglund et al, 2015). Patients that participate in rehabilitative exercise using the deadlift, tested with a higher performance on the Biering-Sorensen test (Berglund et al, 2015). The Biering-Sorensen test evaluates the hip and back extensor muscles aerobic capacity. This rehabilitative exercise also helps to improve a reduction in the pain intensity the patient experiences. Furthermore, improvement is seen in the lumbopelvic movement control, which allows for a larger range of motion (Berglund et al, 2015).…

What if all the exercise training in the gym brought little results due to one fixable problem with a simple solution? Muscle building is a substantial biological stressor that requires appropriate rest and proper nutrition. After a training session, nutrients are depleted from the body and needs to be restored for muscles to have the fuel to begin repairing and rebuilding. According to Schoenfeld and Aragon, timing is a known approach involving consumption of protein and carbohydrates before, during, and post workout trainings. The window of opportunity for refueling is within a thirty-minute time frame post-training (Placeholder1).…

I started my journey in health and fitness at a young age. I was always one of those kids who just could not sit still - so I was into everything, climbing trees, riding bikes, swimming, sports, you name it I was into it. However my discipline to this way of life came when I discovered basketball, it was when I was about 13/14 and shot up to practically the height I am now, so my teachers said why don't you try and develop your skills as a basketball player as I was taller than most of my teachers at 13 which lead them to think I'd grow to be some kind of 7 foot giant, but unfortunately that didn't happen, would've been cool though.…
