In Act 2 of “Macbeth” by Shakespeare, the first scene starts out with Banquo and his son having a conversation concerning about someone who is planning to do something terribly wrong. “A heavy summons lies like lead upon me, and yet I would not sleep:”(270) Banquo then gets a feeling that a “friend”(270) is the person that is going to do bad. Next, Macbeth walks upon them even though its past twelve o’clock. This made Banquo more curious. He was out wondering when everyone else was asleep as he should have been. The night before, Banquo had dreamt of the “three weird sisters”(270) and they showed him some truth about someone he knew. Finding Macbeth out past Twelve made Banquo think that Macbeth was the one the Sisters were talking about. When
