At the age of 13, I learned that although true friends may make life easier to get through, fake friends teach lessons that one holds on to forever. This is true for a friend that I had who taught me a lot of important lessons. Taylor Swift, since the song is based on a relationship between two people, where one betrays the other. The song I have chosen for this event, is “Bad Blood” by Taylor Swift. She impacted me by teaching me not to trust others easily, the impact of words, and by making me realize that lots of people apologize without meaning it. To start off, this friend that I had, taught me not to trust people. When I and she started off as friends, “I was thinking [she] could be trusted,” but she ended up telling everyone my secrets.
