The external factors had a great impact to TEOCO and they include the following; Finance: Due to partnership with TA associates which had resources and skill in this field it also revealed that the company owned $16 million year 2009 capital this really impressed Atul. Competition was also another factor in that after finding a new financial partner this helped company to get into the global market where it became competitive .subex and Razor sight are considered to be his two main competitors. TEOCO’s has very strict measures regarding cost of management which makes the company more profitable than his competitors.
Customer base: TEOCO has been able to set customer base since their products are clearly identifiable, that is they have return on investment that’s why clients enjoy buying from TEOCO’s another factor on merit is marketing and selling the company’s’ good relationship with customers has led to increase in sales, more new relationship with customers and coming up of new products from discussion they hold with customers. Evidently shown Verizon, qwest, AT&T drive about 65% of TEOCO’s revenue.
