“I bet you could sometimes find all the mysteries of the universe in someone's hand". An American poet/author by the name of "Benjamin Alire Sáenz" wrote these words in his book Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe. Christians strongly have faith in this statement, and that the hand holding all the mysteries of the universe, is God's hand. In fact, Christianity gives compelling and powerful answers to the biggest mysteries such as Origin, Meaning, Morality and Destiny.

Origin: Where do the Universe and Human Beings come from? In Acts 17:24, it says, "The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in temples built by human hands." God created life, earth, and everything we can see and cannot see. Proverbs 8:22-31 speaks of how there was an era when there was no water, no land, and only darkness. God then constructed the earth and created humans and animals. "I form the light and create darkness, I bring prosperity and create disaster; I, the Lord, do all these things". Isaiah 45:7 lectures on how God does all things, makes the sun

Are we going to Heaven or Hell? Are we going six feet underground in a coffin? What happens? Romans 2:6-8 "God will repay each person according to what they have done. To those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor and immortality, he will give eternal life. But for those who are self-seeking and who reject the truth and follow evil, there will be wrath and anger". Habakkuk 2:3 says that Heaven is not false and that it will not delay. Revelation 20:3 declares "He threw him into the Abyss, and locked and sealed it over him, to keep him from deceiving the nations anymore until the thousand years were ended. After that, he must be set free for a short time". Daisaku Ikeda: “Even if things don't unfold the way you expected, don't be disheartened or give up. One who continues to advance will win in the

Many believe that their good works will get them straight into heaven. But the truth is, a choice must be made individually, and that choice will determine our end. So in essence, everyone will not be entering heaven per say. Those who believe that Jesus is the Son of God and accept Him as their Lord and Savior, will go into eternal life in heaven, but those who reject Christ as Savior, have already condemned themselves to eternal punishment in hell, (Matt 24:46). God desires for everyone to turn from their wicked ways, (Eze 33:11).…

Lastly, this book has been a life-changing read that I will never forget. Dante in, Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe, comes out as homosexual and through him you get an insight of how difficult it is to love someone of the opposite gender. My first point is how hard it is to come out to your parents. Dante expresses to Ari how scared he is to tell his parents because he does not want to disappoint them. The latter was surprising to me because Dante’s parent love him infinitely, even Ari told him so, but this shows that no matter how much your parents love you it is still a scary experience to come out to them.…

If we help people in need, feed old and homeless people, not curse on others, have positive attitude, it is meaningful to say the person is going to end up in heaven. The heaven and hell lies in our imaginary thoughts and even the physical appearance of god is invisible. This helps to make an assumption that the story of the god, heaven and hell have been passed down by our ancestors. In this process, some parts were lost while others were added. The faith I have toward my god is the most important part.…

This is completely different from the Biblical Worldview that states that God created everything. Genesis1:1 “in the beginning God created the heavens and the earth”. This is saying that God himself began his creations with earth, not that the earth was here and God became part of it. God came first and then everything else followed, not God second or that they both occurred at the same time. It is similar because both worldviews believed a god(s) are behind all creation and destruction.…
