Alexandrea Nicolette Brueger was shot four times in the back while on a 10 mile run. She was a nurse that was also pursuing her masters in creative writing. The Michigan state police have a possible lead in the investigation. They are looking for a light colored sedan that was possibly speeding on the same road the victim was shot it.
The second victim was 30-year-old Karina Vetrano. She was raped and killed at Spring Creek Park and a nearby trail around 5:00 p.m on August 2nd. The New York police department also gathered DNA evidence for a possible suspect.
The last victim was 27-year-old Vanessa Marcotte she was found close to Princeton, Massachusetts on August 7th. She went missing while on an afternoon run. Vanessa was apparently visiting
