Summary Of Dramatic Monologue

had recovered from his two days of feasting the last remaining pig had finished his construction and had gotten a C.O. from the local building inspector. He felt pretty secure in his new brick house and decided to take a nap after all the work was done.

About that time the big bad wolf came singing his now familiar I’ll huff and I’ll puff song, to which the third pig confidently replied:

“In your ear with a quart of beer!”

Understandably this ticked off the big bad wolf who begun to huff and puff and blow on the brick house as usual, to no avail. Sales piggy #1 comes into this business with nothing more than the gift of gab. He was told most of his life that he should be a salesman because he had this gift and one day he decided to give it a try. He managed to get hired and was told he could start selling as soon as he learned how to fill out a buyers order. A more experienced salesperson was assigned to help him for the first few days and then off he went into his new career.
“It’s a piece of cake!” the old timer told the newbie. He’s still trying to catch up on the weekly draws he’s been getting. He’s been at it for a while and is getting by, but the wolf is at the door and he’s starting to hear the huffing and puffing that says: “This isn’t as easy as you thought it would be is it?”
