Analysis Of A Group Reflection

During the entire duration of the project, I was fully involved. One of my biggest contributions was keeping records and information from group meetings organized. I took minutes of each group meeting and wrote down every decision that was decided upon the group. With that information, I would later put it into an organized chart or list that made the information more accessible and understandable for the rest of the group. For example, after we decided which characters were being cut from the script and which characters each person would be portraying, I made a Google Sheets that was categorized by act and scene. There, I put the characters that were in each scene and name of the person that was playing that character. The records of each meeting also helped in writing the metacognitive paper and the meeting attendance form. I also wrote my own lines (Romeo, Montague, Head of Security) and helped edit both the script and the metacognitive paper. In addition, I was assigned the role of submitter. Therefore, the day before every due date, I made sure to inquire my group on suitable times when the document would be finalized and establish a time when I would submit the assignment. I made sure to submit on time and inform my group. Concerning costumes and props, I brought my own costume as well as create the Target and Walmart symbols.
