Ergo, I will place myself at a 9 out of 10. Even though I do excellent in opening up my mind to new experiences, public and personal development, and learning new skills, I can still better myself in my ability to interact in a group setting. Fixing this deficiency will get me a 10 out of 10 ranking. Improving this dimension is important because intellectual wellness effects all of the other six dimensions of wellness. Being intellectually healthy will also decrease stress because it promotes a more social wellbeing and improving or learning new skills. Usually, the only barricade to refining intellectual health is ourselves. As I’ve stated previously, I’m my own obstacle when it comes to transitioning to a 10 out of 10 due to my moderate ability to function in group situations. Conquering these obstacles requires enhancing my interpersonal communication skills. I’m currently working with a study group for finals which will help fulfill my intellectual
