“When you have the right attitude, you can do the remarkable”(Jim Rohn). This was shown by the way Frankl was able to overcome his life in the concentration camp and create a wonderful life for himself. Also by the way Arrieta was able to come back from being the lowest he had ever been in his career to becoming one of the best pitchers in baseball. Ralston’s attitude allowed him to cut off his arm which was remarkable and it saved his life. They were all able to survive through that rough time in their life. “Having the right attitude is an essential prerequisite for success and happiness. The right attitude is one of the fundamentals of the good life. That is why we must constantly examine our feelings about our role in the world and about our possibilities for achieving our dreams”(Rohn). Success, happiness and a good life came to Frankl, Ralston, and Arrieta due to their positive attitude. Once they decided to live their life with a positive attitude they were able to have more success and happiness in their future. “We all have tremendous potential. Each of us has the ability to put our unique human potential into action and to acquire a desired result. But the one thing that determines the level of our potential, produces the intensity of our activity and predicts the quality of the result we receive is our attitude”(Rohn). Frankl, Ralston, and Arrieta’s attitudes played a huge impact on their potential
