Nowadays, most of the teenagers go to bed very late. Because they were multitasking while doing their homework, it makes them spend more time on it, thus delay their sleeping time. But those teenagers do not know how sleep affect their bodies. If teenagers do not sleep 9 ¼ hours, they feel tired in class and cannot concentrate. Sleep deprivation can also affect their reaction. However, there are some ways to give back the lost sleeping hours to our bodies.
Have enough sleep hours and good night sleep help us learn better. According to “ Inside the teenage brain” the study shows that people who had a better quality of sleep learn better than people who do not have a good quality of sleep. For example, in the video, the teenager Nicole had
