We are protecting the boys from the temptation associated with girl and on the other hand, with girls from the dirty minds of boys. Also, you might believe we are promoting rape culture; however, we are diminishing the promotion on both sides explaining that both sexes can attribute to the rape brought on by other students from being provocative all the way to being too distracted due to collarbones. Also, a woman who obtains a sex change loses all sex value meaning our young men won’t view them in the same light as before. Furthermore, opponents of this plan might see it as unnecessary to have women change because of the money associated with transitioning. In response, we have come up with another solution to combat this problem which would have women were a type of uniform. The uniform would consist of a black robe that is baggy, 2 sizes too big, floor length, long sleeve black dress that would cover their entire bodies with a brown paper back over their head with only eye holes cut. Therefore, women would still be able to learn and not be a temptress towards anyone else. However, one can only hope this would fix our growing problem of viewing ladies as sex objects, which we are not trying to promote (but we totally …show more content…
One of those solutions is teaching boys to be respectful towards women is just ridiculous as their minds tend to wander towards the more sexual ideas and they continue to objectify women because of the way they were taught. Another solution was to switch over to everyone wearing uniforms so the distraction is gone, however I would argue that the mind will still find ways around this and begin to imagine the parts under the clothing. Although, none of these compare with my solution which has its kinks of course as it still is a working progress. Without any doubt any educator would see that this plan not only promotes the wellbeing of our students, but allows them to grow as people to become successful adults. No educator can suggest that teaching the boys manners, or the girls some self-respect will lead to the progress being made here at Plymouth Christian as none of these will protect the students as they should. Now as a principle, I am always open to new ideas surrounding ways to keep the students focused on school and not on how the media teaches them how to be sexy. But when another principle is faced with the same challenge as I am I hope they will consider my plan of action. My plan is not only effective but also protective of the students who might fall into the trap of sin. In the end, I only wish for my students to have the
