The video clip that was provided to us for the assignment was very intriguing, It took us back to the time era when individuals were in love with the American dream. The American dream is a national ethos of the United states; which in the end results in prosperity and success. Individuals believed that moving to America would mean for a better life, and more opportunities for their families; in most cases this is true as America is a 1st world country. Since I recently moved down to the United states; I do not know much about the land, but my understanding is that Puerto Rico belongs to United States and it is a U.S. territory.
