Being innovative
Being innovative means that coming up with innovative ideas for products and services. This can be improving on existing ideas to attract more customers to improve on the sales, so this would improve on the levels of profit. Also for a business being innovative can also mean fixing a problem of what they’re doing wrong in terms of products and services. So then showing improvement will mean a business is showing innovation.

So, if the same question keeps occurring from customers then that need hasn’t been met so having a way of customers being able to get in touch is key. For example, a ‘Ask us a QUESTION’ will allow the RSPCA to review the needs of the customers. Therefore, the RSPCA will be able to achieve their purpose.
Being entrepreneurial
Being entrepreneurial is by taking a risk to be turned into an idea for customers to buy. This idea will have to successful in terms of generating sales, revenue and profits.
The way in which Tesco PLC are being entrepreneurial is by using a Clubcard loyalty scheme to attract more customers as this will be cheaper for customers. As each shopping visit earns the customers points to continue shopping with Tesco PLC. Using this idea means that customers will be attracted from the competitors such as ASDA so then more sales and profit for Tesco PLC.
The way in which RSPCA are being entrepreneurial is by making decision in benefit of the animal’s purpose. For example, having a ’24-hour cruelty line’. This allows customers to get in touch as soon as an incident happens. Therefore, more customers will be attracted which will help the purpose of the RSPCA due to being able to get help at any time in the day.
Importance of having a strong
