The volunteer, K.S., provided ideal feedback about the interview. As an overall impression, the volunteer openly said that the interviewer did a great job at conducting her first nursing interview. The volunteer reported that the interview was done very well, although she did recognize that the interviewer was nervous. She was highly impressed with the interviewer’s description of the room and the recording process, which allowed the volunteer to feel comfortable.
