Almost 42% of the world’s population has access to the internet. Also, more than 3 billion people around the world now use the internet via a variety of different devices. In addition, the average internet user spends around 4 hours and 25 minutes using the internet each day. Therefore, the most of Business owners focus on their websites to attract more customers and visitors. Thus, the web analysts start to collect and analyze web data in order to understand web traffic and usage to improve websites to meet customer’s needs and owner’s goal, which make more money. In addition, Analytics help website owners to recognize how the site is doing and what the customers are saying about their product or their business. As a result of collecting and analyzing web data website’s owners can be able to decide which area need to improve. Using web analytic is useful to answer five important questions about the website. First of all, what are the common keywords that driver users to your site. Second, what your customers or visitors are looking for, who they are and how they behave. Third, what is the top social channels performers with your target visitors or customers? Fourth, Page analytics which give website owners advices to how meet customer or visitors’ needs. Finally, by making web Analytics using trends and segmentation over time helps to find what are the main weakness and strangeness on the website. After that, we need to answer those questions so we need to start collecting web data.
