Introduction to Where I Work
I am currently employed in The Canadian Armed Forces which is the unified armed force of Canada. This unified group consists of air, land and sea forces referred to as the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN), Canadian Army, and Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF), I am in the Canadian Army. Personnel may belong to either the Regular Force or the Reserve Force, I am a regular forces member, simply meaning I serve full time. Some reserve members may serve full time as well.
Currently, my unit 1CER, is under 1 Canadian Mechanized Brigade Group, 1 Canadian Mechanized Brigade Group (1 CMBG) is a regular force formation in the army of 3rd Canadian Division and is headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta. 3rd Canadian Division (3 Cdn Div) is the new name of Land Force Western Area. It is one of four operational commands in Canadas Army. This command is responsible for all the Canadian Army administration and operations in western Canada from Thunder Bay, Ontario to the Pacific Ocean.

The subordinate must be in the direct chain of command under the soldier delegating the order. Refusal to carry out a lawful order is considered insubordination, and may result in charges and a possible court-martial. A court-martial is empowered to determine the guilt of members of the armed forces subject to military law, and, if the defendant is found guilty, to decide upon punishment.
Conflict arises between everyone in the workplace, some of it is expressed some of it is not and the individual just must ignore the issue. Some of the arrows point in both directions therefore showing that some information goes back up the chain of command that direction but will likely be returned with a lawful order which will override the whatever information the group of individuals has sent up the chain of
