When my grandma passed away, I was 16 years old and the incident affected me immensely. I lost someone who was very close and dear to me. My grandma had been ill for months due to cancer. The worst part was learning that both of them could live a longer life if they had taken better care of their health. After this event, I learned to value my health and well-being. I promised myself to start living a healthier lifestyle. I started eating a healthy diet, getting enough sleep at night, and making exercise a part of my daily routine. It took a while before I got used to my new routine but I have never felt better about myself.
