An Outstanding Teacher Research Paper

Improved Essays
To be an outstanding teacher I am truly convinced that many attributes and skills are necessary. Students come with many different needs not just academically, but socially and emotionally too, and a teacher is required to accommodate all of them. He/She needs to have passion, leadership, classroom management and content knowledge.

The quality of content knowledge is the main foundation; then, there is the ability to pass over that content knowledge. An outstanding teacher is able to pass that knowledge, and to find the correct way to transfer the information. Based on this reflection, an outstanding teacher needs to provide a healthy classroom where students feel safe and can be productive. They need to feel part of the classroom community
