Interns have less experience or no experience at all; so to find if these candidates are fitting to the requirements of the company is like playing a game of cat and mouse. 5. What is your biggest weakness?
This question is the trickiest question to answer. Apparently you don’t want to reply to this question because you don’t want to say something negative about yourself. But here is a tip how to turn from negative to positive. For instance: “To be always on time used to be a challenge for me, but I developed a new time management skills which helped me to stay organized and never be late”.

6. Why should I hire you for this position?
Give particular examples of your achievements and why you are the best person for this position. Discuss the assignments of the position and the skills will be shown to satisfy them. Make sure to explain your passion for the position!

7. How would you respond to an angry customer?
Why it’s so important. An extraordinary candidate will follow your advice, but also act independently so they will know how to act in front of an angry customer without your guidance.
