The film An Inconvenient Truth (2006) is directed by Davis Guggenheim and presented by Al Gore. The film goes into detail about the science behind global warming as a whole. The documentary has Gore as the main character who goes in depth with his personal history and life-long goal of advocating the effects of global warming. This paper will rhetorically analyze the directors effective use of ethos, logos, pathos to reach his intended audience by using film elements including sound and camera work.
